Its been a few weeks since the worst of the floods, but have stocks and prices returned to normal now in the shops and bars? And even if the shelves in the shops are filled, are the bars and restaurants back to normal price wise or still in full scale gouging mode?

Only Buddah knows why Big C cannot get bottled soda water. I miss Carrefour!
