LuckyLew
I am off to Phnom Penh to get a tourist visa I have seen in the past people on this site staying at a hotel where they get assistance from hotel staff in getting the tourist. Apparently, they just give the hotel staff their passport and the hotel staff member takes care of getting the tourist visa? I have searched TV but could not find this info. Also, there was mention of a tourist/travel agent somewhere on or arround 134th street in Phnom Penh. Does anyone have contact info. or an exact location and company name Thanks in advance LL
lopburi3
Have not seen any such reports for PP. For Penang that is common. Currently in PP most do not want anything to do with Embassy from reports I have read.

Hooters
The visa rules in PNH have changed If you go to the embassy and just stand out the front with a confused look some body will approach you for a fast track same day 2 month visa for 2000bht, no paperwork or photo needed. If you do this make sure you get his card and make sure its an embassy card. it worked for me...

Thanks for this tip Can I ask how long ago was it that you did this one day fast track for tourist visa? 6 months ago I have sent you a PM with the phone number of the embassy guy who did it. he said to call him anytime i need another visa. He charged 2000bht and then wanted 500 bht "beer money" when I picked it up but I was prepared and had an empty wallet
