Suspected thief caught red-handed in Central Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- Police arrested a man caught breaking-into a room located in Central Pattaya on Tuesday afternoon. Khun Tiwar aged 20 had come to Pattaya from Rachaburi Province to collect money for a temple in his home province. As he went from door to door in Soi Sukhumvit 46/1 in Central Pattaya he noticed a door to one of the rooms was open and no one was inside. He sneaked inside the room and allegedly stole two mobile phones and two wrist watches but was caught red-handed by the returning room occupant. Khun Tiwar ran away but was caught only meters away by members of the public.
