What sort of fare should I expect to pay to go to a beach (Batu Ferringhi) hotel - presumably there is a surcharge at that time? Would appreciate any info - it's my first time there. overherebc Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 :jap: If it's your first time in Penang airport you are best to use the official taxis. Just before you go out the front door you will see the counter where you pay set fare to your destination. Take the ticket and you will see the taxi rank outside. give the guy the ticket and it will have your hotel and address on it for the driver.
