if arrival is before midnight at Suvharnabumi and the passport control will be done after midnight, from when will the 30 days stamp/visa count?

if the 30 days period or a visa will be finished after midnight on the day you make the passport control at Suvh., will overstay be charged or not?

Up to one day overstay is not charged at airport departure for those in a few house position but if more than one day the full amount will be due.

The day you present yourself to immigration in either direction.

isn't it that, if you arrive and you wait somewhere at the airport for midnight, they still count the arrival day....?
