Hi all, I hope someone can help, please!

I am married legally in Thailand to a Thai lady, we have a baby girl now (2 months) and they are still in Thailand. I want to move over in Feb to live and find work after doing a PELT teaching course.

My question is what visa would I need seeing I’m already married and have a child, and where should I apply for this visa and how long before should I apply for it, and how long will it take to arrive.

Thanks for reading, and im sure its been asked before, but everyone’s circumstances are different and so I need to ask this question from fresh.

You’re right, it has been asked before, by your good self. Short memory?

I should be looking to get a  non immigrant O visa :o

…and with that visa (any visa, in fact, but not without visa, i.e. with only a 30-day stamp on arrival) you will be let into Thailand with a one-way ticket. If you still want that “definite” answer you are seeking in another thread, call the airline with which you plan to travel. Forget that travel company you were talking to!
