What does อ้อร้อ mean? It's not in the dictionary and it's a southern dialect / slang word. I think I means something like "over the top polite" or "airy-fairy". Thanks in advance.

Sounds like slang or an abbreviation used in text speak, similair to the way Sor Bor Mor is used to mean sabai mak, usually followed by Yor Hor.

Looking on Google, apparently it's Southern Thai dialect, similar in meaning to the Central Thai แรด.

So it's used in a negative way to describe females, a bit like a slut.

Judging by the context I'd say it means something along the lines of pretentious/ostentatious (Thanks to David Hudson for figuring that one out for me).
