I believe Sombat tour do this route now; if so then that would be a good bet. (Dont think Nakhon Chai Air do it, but that would be even better) Price for a VIP bus I would expect to be 700 baht or so. This us a guess; don't sue me if it's 600 or 800. Websites: nope. (Nakhon Chai have one but it's a bit spotty these days. ) Time: overnight; easily 10 hours I think, plug it into Google maps for another estimate. Back to CM: same companies, of course.
