a red police box can be installed outside your house, and patrol police drop by 3 times within 24 hours and log each visit in logbook in red box. Not bulletpoof, but scares some away, and you are on Police watch list

There seems a lot of assuming on this thread.... wether the OP is farllang or the partner is a foreigner or Thai,or the child is mixed race..i am confused,after reading all of these posts..and some of the advice given, seems crazy...i hope the OP has followed some of the good advice and hopefuly got some help....Good Luck.

In Thai court nearly always the mother gets custody. So presuming the OP is the new husband of the mother of the child, his wife and he will win, and the father loose out.
