george Posted January 13, 2004 Share Posted January 13, 2004 THAI discounts Thai Airways International is offering promotional prices starting at 1,199 baht for e-tickets booked for travel up to March 31. The 1,199-baht rate will apply to one-way economy tickets from Bangkok to Phitsanulok, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani and Udon Thani. Fares from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Surat Thani will be 1,399 baht net. A one-way trip to Chiang Rai, Hat Yai, Krabi, Phuket or Trang is 1,599 baht. Discounts will also be offered on some business and first-class seats on all international flights until March 31. The national carrier also said that it would suspend its thrice-weekly flights from Zurich to Geneva from Feb 1 as the route was unprofitable.
