Any wrought iron shop can make one. There are several around the Pattaya usually they have wrought iron gates on display in front. I've seen them on Thepprasit, Pattaya Nua, Sukhumvit, and on The Dark side. If you want stainless steel, there's stainless steel shop on Threpprasit and several on Sukhumvit.around the Naklua area.

If you`re on the "darkside", I can recommend the iron shop on Soi KaoNoi near the small market, opposite 7/11.
