..... and your Final Destination today, sir?

More signs here.

That's hilarious. Be very worried if the agents name is Kevorkian.

Or there's a sign that says, G. Reaper, Proprietor.

Cool find Greenside.

Apparently they only do one way trips?

Yes, the language thing makes for some "amusing" signs.

Saw an ad on tv for "placenta" face cream- I'm sure the Thai word is a little less offputting!

nice one greendside : )

this shop by the vets on wing 41 road didnt want any customers either : (

If you're interested in a legal execution, go to Chiang Rai.post-55993-0-39530400-1324642629_thumb.j

some cosmetics ARE actually made from human placenta, so it's not way off the mark....

Possibly this one which claims to give the unfortunate user a pair of breasts that look uncomfortably like meringues tipped with what looks suspiciously like egg yolk....

Looks like a big Sarapao to me.

So Miss Fried Egg (in Thai slang) gets the big pork-filled steamed bun.

Nice.

I just need the reverse to get back to Fried Egg status.

It's one for the blogs, for sure. My friend assures the Thai script promises only tickets for travel inside and outside of Thailand. I'm tempted to book with them just to keep them in business for a while and to have the letterhead for ex-pat friends.

Thai mistranslations still have little on the Chinese in my book. My favorite: "Please don't spit everywhere." from Beijing has held the Top 10 for a decade.

Depressingly, in China that sign would make perfect sense. This one, responsible for the steep rise in both road deaths and serious drug busts somewhere near Surin, was being obeyed enthusiastically by the driver of the the pick-up passing as I took it...

Thx for the explanation - so this sign makes no sense for those unable to speak Thai, but perfect sense for Thais.

ROFL at the Terminal Travel Journey Agency... the graphics fit pretty well with the theme too...

Is Hotel California on endless loop in that joint?

This is my old time favourite!

This is my old time favourite!

Mine too, it's a classiclaugh.png

I heard the Terminal Journey has tickets to the Final Frontier.

My favorite CM sign is the new dentist that advertises "Creativity in Dental Journey".

Maybe they could both save money and work out of the same shop.

A favourite

I love that!

Edit: The sign, I mean.

My all-time favourite, at Khon Kaen (but later removed) was a signpost saying "Bus Condition Terminal".

If your trip via The Terminal Journey goes wrong, you can always go to the Nekromantik Night Club in Buriram for a resurrection.
