Office 2003

Reinstalling Office would logically solve the problem.

But I would try something else before: trying to update with Office Installation CD in the CD Drive (without launching a new install). The update process may detect the CD and find necessary files there. Good luck.

For obvious reasons using the CD myself isn't an option, so I guess it's back to the shop!  Thanks anyway Yeti.

I've done it (some time ago though), even if my Office was not legit.

I would do this anyway: if my solution sucks, you go to the shop and they fix things (better than going to the shop without trying anything...).
