Finding of the research is that domestic violence is deep in society. Women try to hide it and most of the women don't report violence and 20% of abused women don't tell anybody of domestic violence they experience. 4-12% of pregnant women get abused. 1/11 of abused women tries to commit a suicide. In Thailand almost 50% of women have experienced domestic violence. This research didn't include many european countries but earlier WHO has done research for example in Great Britain where the procentage has been 20-25%. Because everybody seems to disapprove abusing women I wonder who are those wife-beaters...
