Accommodation

I was wondering if anyone can offer me some advice. I am touring around Thailand with a friend of mine for about a month starting in February next year. We are attempting to see as much of Thailand in this short period of time, we are initially going to Pattaya Beach for a few days and then we intend to travel to Kanchanaburi Province followed by Chang Mai, Udon Thani and then spend a couple of days in Bangkok before flying out.

I have tentatively organised accommodation in Pattaya, Kanchanaburi and Udon Thani and I was wondering if someone knows of any Guesthouse type of accommodation in Chang Mai. We would need two rooms and the Guesthouse would ideally have a restaurant and a swimming pool. We are a couple of Aussies in our early fortys that don't mind a beer and a good time.

If someone has any suggestions on our intended trip and what we can do in Chang Mai for about 5 days it would be appreciated.
