I think that the Chiang Mai forum should have a sub area for all food enquiries.

Am I the only that gets sick of food threads?

Pizza has been done to death. Search function.

As for Lamb, occassionally Holiday inn buffet has roast lamb and it is ok. If I remember right Coq de Or, has a good lamb.

I read the CM forum particularly for the food posts.

Good pizza at Pickles and Uno Dos Tres DYI Pizza (but when they make it not the DYI variety)

Can't help w/lamb but would love a nice veal shank, either prepared or better yet fresh to purchase.

Me too; what else is there that can be discussed relatively freely? It's the best topic for a good argument. Ok there's pollution discussions but that's usually only a tiny part of the year. But food feuds are always there!

Doesn't Chez Marco do lamb? Georgios too. Both excellent places.

I can say that when you do cook them yourself they are really good. I will do one again tomorrow now you've reminded me they are in the freezer !
