I have been receiveding the news updates on my mobile (pain in the rear end) but yesterday I received one about "Mis-calls" It was advice that "peoples from down south in an effort to circumvent the registration of sim cards have adopted another ploy.

They call your number (selected at random) and hang up before you answer - which records as a mis-call - when the unwary respond the responding call is used to activate a bomb.

this is no wind up I received the message yesterday from the Nation.

Sorry about that guys & girls it has already been posted in the Thailand news clippings which I just looked at.
