I'm not sure about Icon (never stayed there) but Langham Place is good. You can also try Sheraton, Hyatt Regency TST and Peninsula (top HK hotel and highly recommended!), they are all good and in that area (Tsim Sha Tsui).

I think the price of the other hotels will effect the shopping budget wink.png
