Ok, when the grass at your front gate isn`t cut every 3 weeks, and its turning into a jungel, the risk for your home will rise. It came with a 1 year maintenance contract and all works well and I think deters anyone from wanting to rob me. My CCTV system live pictures, I can see on my iPhone. **phone number removed as per forum rules** (offices in Pattaya and all over Thailand from what I can gather).
