Transfer Non O Visa Into New Passport

Are any other documents,copies required.

I will be able to produce both next 90 day border run at Mae Sai

There is no charge and if visa 90 day entry you just present both passports. On return if you still have a valid visa in the old passport you will present both passports again - stamps will be put in the new passport. A visa itself can never be transferred into a new passport but remains valid in the old one. Only if on extension of stay from Immigration would that be transferred.
