hi, planning to take my wife for a weeks holiday to sharm/taba in sinai. she has thai passport with UK ILR visa. have been before with family and been issued with visitor visa on arrival limited to sinai/st catherines monastery only. according to all the website pages ive checked she will be ok on a thai passport to be issued with this visa on arrival.

we will be travelling from UK on a package holiday i wanted to check if other members have been recently in same situation and had any problems at all with the visa on arrival being issued at either sharm or taba airports?

I'm in the same position as you and I'm interested to find out what you did about the visa. I'm finding conflicting information on the internet and the Egyptian consolate arent being perticularly helpful.
