mobile69
I connect my pc to www using my sonyerricson k508i as modem. this works fine. My emails download - no problem accessing pop3 accounts using mozilla thunderbird. What I can't get to work is sending emails. Do i need to enter new smtp setings in thunderbird - my old settings for csloxinfo work with my normal dialup using landline. I'm not interested in using my mobile to access/send my emails, just my pc. My gprs connection is thru dtac. Thanks in advance

Don't use DTAC myself but a quick google tracked down a web page in Thai that seems to have some settings. here From that page, try putting mail.ksc.th.com as your smtp server in the settings. Simon. xty
Does anyone know if DTAC Dprompt charges a monthly fee or something for enabling GPRS? I got set up when I bought the SIM card few months ago. And for couple of times already my credit suddenly became negative. I was really sure I didn't use it at all (for calling, sending SMS, or connect online).
