Mario, your advice is so much appreciated! When you say "try" to get the kids Non-O's, is that implying that it may not be possible, or as the children are they entitled?

It will probably be all right, applying in the US. In Asia they might require that she first has an extension of stay before the children can get a non-O visa. In That case they simply come over on a tourist visa.
