Firefox Problem

Featured Replies

The page isn't redirecting properly

When attempting to open my Gmail a/c I frequently get the message below

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept

cookies.

I deleted all Google cookies but to no avail ! Several attempts eventually

suceed in opening only for it to reoccur

I am using Firefox. 1.0.7.

Any ideas?

Have you deleted all files in the cache in firefox?

I do not use Firefox but the message you got would indicate you should accept cookies for gmail to work so do not believe removing them would have been the answer.

Not sure but expect Firefox has a mail reader so perhaps you need to say if you are using SMPT or WEB access as well.
