I'm sure that others have seen this bearded fellow sitting there everyday with his gear stuffed into a couple of garbage bags.

He has been around for months now , just sitting there watching the world go by.

Anyone know his story ?

Often wondered the same, I used to pass him almost every week. A friend of mine stopped and asked him directions a while ago whilst he was sat at the junction of Soi Watboon/Sukhumvit. He duly obliged and was polite with it, which was nice.

He used to sit at the junction of Soi Watboon and Sukh in the "Giant Police Helmet" shelter.

He walks around between both spots it seems.

Have seen some Thai people giving him food as well.
