They are called makaliporn (fruit fairies). The website that you found those pictures DO own the body of a pair. I doubt they are human but i will like to stay rational. The actual body of these makaliporn are at Wat Prangmuni over at Promburi, Singburi and is a tourist attraction to those who read amulet booklets.
