K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
It applies to everyone not only US citizens. Probably Thai citizens as well. One of the forms is for US citizens/green card holders. The other is for non us citizens. You have to fill this out I wonder if i can submit these documents in person at a bank, so i dont need to go through the trouble of getting authorised notarized passport copy. -

What is the process for filing the evisa non o for a spouse?
I will be registering at the Khon Kaen office. I have another question for you. I was just looking at things you need to e-file. One of them says a bank statement with funds. Does that mean it wants to see in my American account that I have the 400,000 baht? I already sent that money over to my wife's account so it is there and easier to transfer into my account that I open when I arrive. Do I need to transfer that money back to my account here in the United States for the e-file? Thank you for your help answering my questions. -

Thailand's Expats Urged to Register with TRD for Tax, Says Expert
The problem is who decides what is assessable? The Thai government may drag in anybody and demand details, proof, etc. Make you file and list everything etc. Maybe it will be determined one has no assessable income, but I have doubts that one can get away by doing nothing and saying nothing is going to happen.
