Located within walking distance from both the MRT and BTS and surrounded by many office buildings. This one year old restaurant has sales reach 250,000 Baht per month with annual receipts of around 3 million Baht. Salaries for the 4 full time employees are 70,000 Baht a month. Other costs including utilities run around 30,000 Baht a month, food costs at about 100,000 Baht a month and rent is 120,000 Baht a month with a lease that expires in October of 2013.
