IMPORTANT: How Cathay Pacific and Dragonair reservation system upgrade may affect your travel

On 11 and 12 February, Cathay Pacific and Dragonair will upgrade their passenger reservation system to ensure they can continue meeting their passengers' needs in the future.

During the transition, it will be necessary for them to temporarily suspend some of their services, including their websites – www.cathaypacific.com and www.dragonair.com – which will go entirely offline worldwide at 3pm on 11 February, Hong Kong time (GMT+8). They will be brought back online in stages throughout the day on 12 February, and the majority of services on the site will be available by approximately 8pm that day.

What will happen during this period (3pm Hong Kong time, 11 February, to approximately 8pm Hong Kong time, 12 February)
