on further investigation i found his M.O on another website advertising his services

I checked it out; there's a similarly worded ad on Craigslist.

Perhaps we should ask the lady members of the forum to weigh in on the topic, specifcially if this would be a valuable addition to Chiang Mai's spectrum of services.

Well I've well aware of a very wealthy / very successful Thai business women (she has built several very successful businesses), having young shirtless male Thai 'butlers / attendants' at home. She's middle aged, takes care of herself, slim, attractive, gregarious, etc.

In fact many years back I went to her home, in Bangkok, for several business meetings.

Plus, she was 'adventurous' and liked sometimes to have threesomes, and liked to watch two of her young men in 'activity'.

She told me that she had several female friends (all successful bsuiness woman) who had the exact same arrangements.

But what I wasn't told that in advance was the husband (also very successful in his various businesses) had 5 or 6 very beautiful girls living in, all scantily clad at all times.

The story is that the husband, early in their marriage, had a couple of mier noi, then they moved in and it became 5 or 6, so the wife decided 'If it's good enough for him, then I'll have the same'. And apparently he didn't object.

The house was enormous and beautiful, in the depths of Soi Aree area, it had a central section: large living room, movie room, dining room, meeting rooms, big kitchen etc, then it had two wings (deliberately designed / build like that), one for her and her attendants and one wing for the husband and his attendants. All the attendants has their own suite, large wardrobe of quality clothes, etc.

True, never a dull moment, but I imagine that you could find many similar arrangements in many countries around the world.
