Digital Media Manager With 12+ Years Work Experience

I am Digital Media expert with 12+ years of work experience who is passionate about creating online marketing teams.

In my most significant role I lead a 350+ person Internet Operations team at SuperPages, a top 30 website in the United States that attracts 35 million visitors per month. My department provided campaign management and optimization services to 100,000+ online advertisers over the phone, online and in person. I oversaw all aspects of the team’s staffing, process development, technology infrastructure, and tool development. Additionally, I worked closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to create and launch new Internet advertising products. During my tenure the department won several awards for product innovation and customer service.

The ideal job for me is most likely with a company looking to rapidly expand their online marketing group. They want someone who has broad management experience in sales, marketing, operations, and IT to grow and manage a team. I am particularly interested in the Online Travel Industry and Web Services Industries (i.e. hosting, SaaS, etc.) because I think these firms are poised for growth. However, I am open to other industries.

I recently completed an Executive MBA program at a top ranked Business School in the United States, so I may also be a strong candidate for a consulting role at an IT Services or Management Consulting firm.
