Beautifully decorated over 2 floors, the 3rd floor holds the office. The bar seats 150 people but can hold up to 300 for the many special events that they 2-3 times a month. There is a DJ that keeps the bar hopping 3 times per week and wine, beer and whiskey sponsorships also bring in crowds as well as around 700,000 Baht in extra income a year. The business sees around 18 million Baht a year in sales with a profit of about 5 million last year. Rent is 150,000 Baht a month for the premises with a 3 year lease remaining. There are 14 employees with wages of 170,000 Baht per month. The owner wishes to sell because he needs to concentrate on other businesses.
