Money Lending

Featured Replies

Do somebody get private loan out from the bank in Thailand, my wife trail to get loan by the officia way but impossible due is past credits bureau?

do some persons with the same probem found already a solution? she need 500,000.00 THB

If you would not lend your wife why should a bank or anyone esle do it?

I'll start....

If you cannot get a loan on 500 rai you will just have to hope that they make prostitution legal in Thailand.

Should work that off in a couple of years.

Usually the loan would be linked to the item you're buying; for example getting a car financed, or a mortgage for a house or land. Thai banks can be a bit funny though, with different branches of the very same bank making very different decisions. Goal is to find a bank manager willing to play ball.

Most people put some land in the Government Agricultural bank (Tor Kor Sor) for smaller amounts like 500K. Very good rates.

Thai and money lending business is often get out of control and ended with sad story

Getting involved with a loan shark would be a big mistake. Better get on a plane out of Thailand!

Collateral or a good credit record helps. Not all Thai have one or both.

Moneylenders? Better not to use them.

What does she need 500,000 Baht for?
