That being said JJ weekend market next to the clock tower has a jersey shop it has been there for years so not commenting on its purpose. Also around National Stadium on the back side opposite side from MBK there are a ton of sports shops selling the same dubious quality items. Someone I know just uses Ebay or Amazon the prices are reasonable and it is licensed.
