Dermatologist To Deal With New Scar On Face

Featured Replies

Was in an accident recently and received 8 stitches on my face which came out 2 weeks ago. Just wondering if anybody has any recommendations for a cosmetic dermatologist here in Phuket because I have read a lot of unfavourable reviews about the dermatologists at either of the Private hospitals. Also whats the story with these skin clinics that seem to be everywhere are they safe/qualified?

thanks

i think the skin clinics are mostly for botox and whitening cream, i don't think they have real doctors on staff

if you drive into phuket town from central and stay right at the Y split, then you will get to 'Poolmart' after about 500m.

at the lights at the poolmart, keep left and go about 100m. on the left you will see a sign for 'skin doctor' i think, but i've never seen him open. he is supposed to open at 5pm but everytime i try, he's closed.

Phuket Aestthetic Surgery Clinic, opposite Lotus.

Dr. Pongsakorn Eamtanaporn.

Used him over the last 5 to 7 years. No scars left on the skin.

In the same area kiddy corner to Tesco is Jungceylon Plastic surgery. A personal friend of mine was involved in a dog attack to her face a few years back. The doctor did wonderful work and I wouldn't have know it happened at all if she had not told me.
