Aluminiun Wheels Anti Theft Nuts.

Featured Replies

I've just fitted my Vigo truck with a new set of tyres and these are fitted on aluminium wheels. They're a thiefs delight and I can imagine coming back to my truck one evening after I've parked it in a multi storey car park and finding my car on bricks with the wheels removed.

I've tried about 6 places where I thought I could buy some anti-theft nuts without success. I would have thought the places where you buy these expensive alloy wheels would have them but no. Maybe they're happy for them to get stolen so that they can replace them. I tried Boy Air and Sound without success.

Any ideas please.

You could order them on the internet and have them shipped here. Many places have them on the internet.

P.S. I have never had a girl in Pattaya try to steal my nuts <G>

as you have found, they are very hard to find in Pattaya

this is because the incidents of wheels being stolen are few in Thailand compared to somewhere like the UK

they can be bought in HiSo wheel shopS in Bangkok but you would be better doing what i did and buying them on Ebay

select a set by a seller from Hong Kong who ships worldwide

pay the extra fee for EMS shipping and they will be at your door within 7 days

you may have to pay a postal tax like i did

it was a staggering 10 baht...........
