If it's genuine and not just a moan and groan I'm sure you would be fine.

Usually business owners are happy to receive feedback or criticism as it can help them to improve their services.

Failing that, you could always contact them directly to discuss the matter and sort thing out that way.

Generally speaking nobody has a bad word for them so whatever went wrong must have been out of the ordinary.

Contacting them directly is advised as posting in this manner on the forum not only about sponsors but any business can be against forum rules.
