Micro Filter Material

Featured Replies

Any ideas where I can get rolls of 3M Micro filter material to put in aircons

Ive tried HomePro and Makro but no luck

I too, tried Makro - no luck. I went to the 3M Shop yesterday and they didn't have it either.

Gentlemen........Last year I found it at Home Pro Hang Dong. 3 month's ago I went back and bought enough to last me several years/4 a/c's changing every 6 months.

It is named FILTRete Electrostatic fibers by 3M approved by U/L and the American Lung Association.

HomePro Hang Dong, right side half way back, red package with name on front in English, around 245 Baht.

Changed mine Oct 1 after 12 months and absolutely black. This year I'll change them at 6 months.

In the package it comes in a single sheet.......you remove the filter from your A/c and cut to fit........mount with included sticky tape and reinstall filter. By memory I think I can do 3 a/c's with one package.

I run my A/c in my bedroom 1 hour before going to bed to clean the air and cool the room. Works for me.

Good Luck.............Jolly Roger

Tops supermarket at Kad Suan Kaew used to sell it in the household section. Change every few weeks in these conditions, I'd say.

Tops KSK used to sell a lot of things. They seem to never have anything in stock these days. That place which used to be a nice little supermarket has really gone downhill.

I buy it at Lotus. A Japanese brand.
