Once upon a time in a land not too far away, called Sompet Market, there used to be a repair service cum 2nd hand refrigerator/display case , sales outfit fronting on Moon Muanang. I rode by looking two times yesterday looking for this place and it seems to have vanished.

Anyone know where they moved or their status, out of business or what?

or

know of any other place that would sell/service larger glass front refrigerator or refrigerator/display cases in the CM area..

A used to be inquiring mind would like to know/find.

I was in Macro on the ring road to rhe east of the city yesterday and they had a few, 6 or 7 different size glass fronted commercial refridgerator units for sale - just to your right as you go in the front entrance. Nothing on the repair front. Theres also a place on the rhs of chang moi road that sells second hand fridges washing machines etc. Maybe they do repairs there also?

Many times I have passed a large open 'shop' on Canal Road that looks to have a lot of commercial display units and some fridges etc. On the west side south of B2 hotel.

They did move, and are now on the Maejo Road, 1001, between the outer 2 ring roads on the east side of the road.

On Charoen Muang Road there's a place that sells this merchandise. I know that Bake & Bite and the Dukes buy from them on occasion. It's actually run by the brother of the owner of the local Sandin Refrigeration franchise. I'll try to come up with a more precise location and/or phone number

Siam TV and Niyom Panich both sell and presumably service both Sanyo and Sanden. There is a shop on the superhighway just after Tesco that makes there own units and another in the outside moat road a little before Chiang Mai gate
