90 Day Reporting

Hi all,

my 90 day report was due on dec 13, i collected and posted all the documents to chang wattana.

Waited and waited, checked with ups, and they printed out confirmation that it was all signed for on dec 14 , (the floods were still in swing at this time)

But i got nothing from immigration back, what is best for me to do now ? I am guessing go to chang wattana in person and pay the 2000baht fine ? and start afresh with my 90 day reports ?

(I have a wp if that has any bearing on it?)

With the receipt of seding and confirmation that it was received you should not be fined and just get a new 90 day form.

Not reporting has no consequences on your permission to stay or work permit.

Actually his report was late by one day so that could require an in-person visit.

Ok, will go in person with the proof of delivery, (it even says who signed for it), and see if with a little grovelling and humility I can avoid the fine.
