Since guys for small jobs often do not travel much, where is the job?

How about steel stairs or steel frame with wood treads?

What quality and price do you want to pay ?

What quality and price do you want to pay ?

It's a rental property. We have 2 large divided light windows. After years of rain pounding down on one of them that has less cover from the structure than anywhere else on the house, the teak has rotten and and has mold mushrooms growing in it. The glass panels are about to fall out. There are 9 glass panels in the window frame and the window must me completely rebuilt including the frame, sill, side jambs, sash, etc. and the glass panels re-glazed.

I've had a couple of window guys out to look at it. None could do it.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
