Truemove H Signup Problems?

Featured Replies

i am attempting to add internet package to my true-h prepaid sim. the 759 package with unlimited internet/wifi (3gb fair use cap). it's a brand new sim card with nothing added to it....only the free 100mb that come with sim.

I press *900*45# and sms confirmation says not enough money. I have 850 baht on phone (originally 800 baht).

I also try to use *9000. As soon as i get to the menu to choose 30 day package or choose monthly package, either of those options prompt me: "Sorry, this number is not eligible for this promotion" or something like that.

Before i make a trip into the town again, i want to confirm others are experiencing problems?

Located near chumphon town, if that makes a difference.

What kind of TRueMove H SIM did you buy?

For a 759 baht package you would need 813 baht including VAT. You may have to cancel any existing package? My guess is not enough money. Never had a problem with TrueMove H plan subscription.

Turns out that the plan changed price to 799, or 855 w/ vat. I was able to subscribe with the phone dial service code method aftet topping up additional funds.

The *9000 method is still buggy. i wasnt allowed in the internet 30 days package or monthly package menus.

The english rep was very helpful overall.

I just found out cat "My" 3g post paid service is 590 baht. With 4gb fair use cap before speed reduction.
