Im currently in Bangkok and here its not an issue to find a nice big well furnished place for rent. Looking in Pattaya this doesnt seem so common.

Id like somethin along the calibur of ether of these homes. Large 4+ bed 4+ bath, private beach is a plus. Im not looking for a home necessarily but just has to be large and nice, a penthouse would be ok if it had a private pool.

6month rental or shorter is prefered.

If anyone has any experiance in this or knows what the best way to go about this would be. I can fly into Pattaya to view properties if an agent feels he can fill all these needs.

Your best best is probably to contact one of the higher end realtors here. Like Alan Bolton.Colliers, etc. Where are you interested in renting? You mention private beach, but that won't happen unless you're a bit out of town. Even then, it's very difficult. I did see some nice places up near Laem Chabang, right on the beach.

We would like to be close enough to central pattya that its close enough to go to for shopping, but far enough that its private. Ill check out both those realitors and any other would be helpful.
