Hi,

I completed an online appllcation for my thai girlfriend this week...i booked an appointment for next week but i knew that i would need to reschedule that as i am sending the application off by DHL today from the UK. However when i have tried to log in with the reference number it won't let me log in..just says it is invalid.

I'm imputting everything else in correctly...

Any ideas?

I can only surmise you are talking not talking about a Thai visa so will move to other forum.

If you have to phone them it's tricky to navigate their call-centre menu to get to a real person. It's only on one of the sub-menus (can't remember which) and you have to hang on until you think they have finished speaking the options and then some and then, hey presto, an option "to speak to the ore ayshants" (presumably "to speak to our agents") pops up.
