Situation:

Swedish national of working age w. previous international development/aid experience and thai language proficiency wants to work for one year as a volunteer for a Swedish-run but Thai-registered development foundation.

What are the personal financial requirements, assuming he/she meets the criteria for eligibility for this type of work in the eyes of thai authorities (does not take the job from a potential thai employee as some job tasks are specifically to facilitate communication from Thai into Swedish eliminating the pidgin English step)?
