I am planning about online pet shop and looking to do schedule delivery pet food. I need your suggestion about this topic .

1. What are the pet food brands that you buy for your lovely pets ?

3. Have you ever order pet food and accessories from Thai online shop? Can you tell,what are those website? And how much you spend in each time?

5. What do want to buy and can't find in the supermarket or any pet shop around you?

6. If possible,what can make you trust Thai online pet shop, real shop,the registered logo from Department of Business Development ?

4. How much you spend for you pets per month? 2k without vet bills. Far too much to "cor blimey" with vet bills.

If possible,what can make you trust Thai online pet shop, real shop,the registered logo from Department of Business Development - Going to it in person a few times, being told by the person who owns it they will deliver, trying it once for a small order. in fact that would put me off if a shop had some kind of government logo on it..

5. What do want to buy and can't find in the supermarket or any pet shop around you? Same as previous, hard wearing toys that won't be ripped apart immediately. A decent soft/pliable and strong collar/lead/harness, finding it impossible to find any.

6. If possible,what can make you trust Thai online pet shop, real shop,the registered logo from Department of Business Development? A Thai website that is actually updated would be a start.

2. Normally,where you buy pet food and accessories for your kids? Pet specialty shop at our local night market

3. Have you ever order pet food and accessories from Thai online shop? Can you tell,what are those website? And how much you spend in each time? No and lived here 2.5 years, didn't know there were any

4. How much you spend for you pets per month? Around B1,000 not including vet visits

5. What do want to buy and can't find in the supermarket or any pet shop around you? Good quality imported toys such as Kong or BusyBuddy. DentaGreen and Pig Ear treats. I would also love a real 'Flexi' brand expandable leash - the local brands either fall apart or begin to lose their ability to wind back up after a while. I know another respondant stated 'at local prices' but I personally would expect to pay more for them since they're an import. Quality is more important than cost - otherwise you're constantly replacing cheap products and end up paying more anyway.

6. If possible,what can make you trust Thai online pet shop, real shop, the registered logo from Department of Business Development? Recommendations from others who have used it, descriptions in English, and a date on the website that says when the site was last updated. Otherwise, hard to tell if the compay is still even in business. I am not familiar with the logo from the Dept you mentioned.
