As you are driving from Chalong, it is on the left. So I guess the northwest corner, the Toyota side, not the school side...

You can't miss it if you are at the intersection as there is always a bunch of water tanks outside.

that place doesn't fix submersible pumps but there is a good place that fixes tools and pumps. its on Jao Fa west close to the PTT station, about 200m south of the PTT, just after the place that sells plates and stuff on the side of the road.
