I have a double entry tourist visa which expires on the 1st April. I had the initial 60 days on arrival in Dec 2011 and have also done a visa run to Malaysia to get the next 60 days.

Can I extend for a further 30 days at the immigration office in Krabi, I believe for 1900 baht. Is this a standard procedure? I have heard that some people have only been given 15 days.

Appolgies if this has been asked before.

Yes it is a standard procedure and will be for 30 days - 15 days is the visa exempt entry time by land for many nationalities; not an extension of stay from immigration.
