Laminated Door Hangars

Featured Replies

One side says "Do Not Disturb", the other "Please Clean My Room" (in 5-languages) however, I am unable to use the door hangars I have created because I cannot find a device or place here in Pattaya that can punch a 65mm diameter hole into said door hangars.

Does anyone have any idea whether or not a die cutting service exists in Pattaya to achieve a professional finish please?

Grateful for any answers as "Plan B" isn't as pretty as what I have right now. :-)

what about a machine shop or tin shop, gasket makers? ..they gotta use die cutters.

.you could probably make one out of some steel tubing sharpened on one end?

Dont know if this helps but they have those premade at the hotel supply store down the street from Friendship Market. Cheap.

Buy something like in the pic, you will need a hand drilling machine, practice first so you will know how it handles. Can be bought in various sizes at hardware stores.

What material are your door hangers made from? I suspect laminated card stock but you don't actually say that.

I have a 67mm hole saw (similar to the one pictured in the prior post) which you are welcome to use if the material is plastic or wood. It won't work on metal. Works with a hand drill, and I have one of those as well.

Let me know.
