Renewal/ Extension Of Non-Immigrant O-A Multiple Entry Visa

Help!

Does anyone know if I can renew for one year, all other requirements being met, my

Non-Immigrant O-A Multiple Entry Visa

BEFORE it's 30 days ?!

I will be overseas on the last 30 days of the one one year visa, and would much rather just extend

it a year rather than having to reapply!

As I posted in your other query make sure you actually have a multi entry non immigrant O-A which provides a new year of stay on each entry. If so and visa is not valid for any more entries you are expected to extend your stay during the last 30 days of entry but they may allow early if you ask and show a requirement. If visa still valid you would get a new one year stay with a new entry.
